Our Gaited Horse Magazine is having a fiction-writing contest.
We want you to really, really try hard to be as creative as you can be.
Let your imaginations go and give it a whirl!
What have you got to lose? Nothing.
What about gain? You can say you were published AND a T-shirt that is a
class act to follow!
Our rules are simple and relatively painless…
- All
entries must be the original work of the author and previously unpublished.
- Each
author is limited to one submission.
- Stories
must be limited to 1,000 words (or less).
- Stories
may be non-fiction or fiction. However,
the Icelandic Horse & Travel Magazine will not knowingly publish stories
that may be harmful to real individuals. Therefore, all stories will be considered purely
fictional.
- Author
grants permission for Icelandic Horse & Travel Magazine to edit for
publishing, such as spelling and grammatical errors.
- Winners
to be determined by Icelandic Horse & Travel Magazine editorial staff.
Winners will receive a free T-shirt and the ability to say that,
“they are a published author”.
